85 METAR is a service of Valkyrie Resources, LLC. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
85 METAR provides aviation weather information in response to requests initiated by authorized users. Supported commands initially include METAR and TAF requests.
User responsibility
Weather information can change rapidly and may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for obtaining and evaluating appropriate official weather information and for all flight-related decisions.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive activity. Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service or its users.
Availability
85 METAR is provided on an as-available basis. Valkyrie Resources, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of every requested message.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
